Information Technology
Computer Technician: Full-time, M-F 8A-4P, alternating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and/or configure Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Switches, Monitors, Printers, Televisions and other peripherals
  • Setting up hardware and installing software
  • Performing repairs on computers and other peripherals
  • Identify, analyze, and repair hardware, software and network failures
  • Responds to trouble tickets to resolve user problems
  • Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned
  • Answer phone calls needing support

  • Qualifications:
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and document issues
  • Ability to make sound and timely recommendations
  • Strong analytical, critical and logical abilities
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Understands routing, switching, and common networking concepts/protocols including TCP/IP, Ports, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, etc.
  • Strong team player
  • Strong communicator, both written and spoken

  • Previous experience required.




    Laboratory
    Clinical Laboratory Scientist: Full-time, 7P-7A, Full-time, 7P-7A Shift, with alternating weekends. Board Certified.

    Abilities/Skills: Must be proficient in instrument maintenance and problem solving. Must be able to multi task.

    Duties: Work as a generalist in the following areas of Lab: Phlebotomy, Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Blood bank. Perform QC and general maintenance, assist in stocking and ordering supplies. Other duties as assigned.
    Previous experience preferred.

    Clinical Laboratory Scientist: Full-time, 10P-8A Shift, with alternating weekends. Board Certification.

    Phlebotomist: PRN
    Abilities/Skills: Ability to multitask, obtain difficult phlebotomies, have good phone etiquette, be able to stand for long periods of time, able to work well with co-workers within and outside the Laboratory department.

    Job Duties: Blood draws on patients in ER, Clinics, Med/Surg, Surgery and outpatients, filing faxing, ordering supplies, stocking phlebotomy area and other areas as assigned.




    Nursing - Clinic
    Registered Nurse: Full-time, 7A-5P- four days a week, Current Missouri RN license, ACLS and Current BLS, willing to become chemotherapy certified.
    Abilities/Skills: Good leadership skills, Good decision making and communication skills. Will need good vascular access skills.
    Job Duties: Start and manage vascular access. Medication administration including chemotherapy. Will be in charge of Oncology Clinic every other Tuesday. Will also be working in Outpatient Clinic when not busy in oncology. Will need to work closely with the Oncologist and his office staff.
    Previous experience preferred.




    Nursing - Med/Surg
    Registered Nurse: Full-time, 7P-7A.
    Current Missouri RN license, BLS, ACLS or ability to obtain in three months.
    Abilities/Skills: Good leadership skill, computer skills, good critical thinking, and ability to make good decisions.
    Job Duties: Direct and indirect patient care, medication administration, start and manage vascular access, supervises others occasionally, good assessment skills.
    Work three twelve hour shifts per week and paid for 40 hours.
    Must have previous experiece.

    Registered Nurse: Full-time, 7P-7A Shift, Rotating schedule. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current Missouri Registered Nurse licensure, within stat of practice, current BLS, current ACLS (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
    Abilities/Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally, basic computer knowledge (electronic medical record experience a plus), ability to maintain a positive attitude and rapport with patients, patient's family and the community.
    Job Duties: Ability to perform head to toe assessments, form and update care plans, administer medications per physician orders, perform within hospital policy and best practices act to achieve the best patient outcomes, familiar with intravenous and central line treatments, teach patients and or family in continuation of care, ability to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
    Work three twelve hour shifts per week and paid for 40 hours.
    No previous experience required.




    Pharmacy
    Hospital Pharmacist: PRN M-F 6:00AM-18:00, Sat-Sun 6:00AM-12:00PM
    Abilities/Skills:
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree
  • Missouri Board of Pharmacy pharmacist licensure with Medication Therapy Services designation in good standing
  • Must have attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, ability to prioritize and problem solve, ability to mathematically compute and convert drug concentrations and doses
  • Previous hospital experiece preferred
    Job Duties:
  • Asess, monitor, initiate and modify medication use according to patient condition and age specific criteria
  • Ensure prompt and accurate medication preparation and dispensing, supervise and direct supportive pharmacy personnel
  • Review and assess medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug related problems
  • Recommend formulary alternatives when appropriate
  • Compund and dispense medications for accurate delivery to patients
  • Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients
  • Communicate with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care
  • Oversee technical personnel who assist in the preparation, maintenance and dispensing of medications and supplies
  • Provide patient counseling effciently and effectively when required
  • Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
  • Maintain competence required for position
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Schedule: Rotation in weekends, every third Saturday and Sunday 0600-1200 plus occasional coverage for M-F shifts 0600-1800.




    Plant Operations/Maintenance
    Department Manager: Job Summary: Will oversee mainenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, other building systems and outside maintenance.

    Responsibilities:
  • Hires and train Maintenance department staff
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of Maintenance staff
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance department
  • Evaluates systems of facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
  • Assess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
  • Develops Maintenance procedures an schedules
  • Ensures Maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timly manner
  • Assists with department budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects

  • Required skills/abilites:
  • Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical HVAC and boiler system
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills
  • Proficient with computers and software
  • Comprehensive knowledge of state, local, and federal codes and requirement of regulatory and accreditation agencies

  • Education and Experience:
  • high School diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in HVAC, electrical, mechanics and boiler maintenance
  • At least five years of maintenance experience required



  • Respiratory Care Department
    Respiratory Therapist: CRT/RRT, Full-time, Part-time, or PRN. 12 hour shifts.

    Abilities/Skills: Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory Therapy program. Registered with the NBRC, current good standing Missouri Respiratory Therapy license, Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification, ability to lift 50 pounds, ability to stand for long periods of time, 1-year clinical experience preferred though may consider clinical rotation hours for the right candidate. Must possess above average interpersonal communication, time management skills and retain a flexible schedule.

    Job Duties: Under the direction of department director and hospital medical director, RT will administer medical gases, aerosol therapies, obtain and analyze blood specimens, perform inpatient and outpatient testing, provide patient education, operate and maintain various types of respiratory and documentation in EMR, perform competent cleaning of equipment, maintenance of safety and infection control policies as well as any other modalities or respiratory care.
